The 140 kilometres of almost completed bike paths and quiet country lanes, will accompany you on this sensory journey. The tour starts in Bussolengo. On the first day, following the Adige River, you cycle from this sunny village to Verona, the (Italian) city of music and love par excellence. In the following days, you will coast all along the lake, fully experiencing the Mediterranean climate and enjoying the many possibilities to swim in the lake and take sun on its beaches. Arrival, settling into the hotel and videobriefing.
Bussolengo, located only 15 kilometers from Verona, lies on the banks of the Adige River, between Lake Garda and the hills of the Venetian Pre-Alps. Fascinating are the vineyards, typical of this area. You can visit local wineries discovering these local wines such as Valpolicella and Bardolino. The 18th-century Villa Spinola is interesting, a fine example of Venetian architecture and hosts cultural events and temporary exhibitions. Although not always open to the public, it is worth checking to see if there are any events going on during your visit.
